Scott Blevins is known internationally as an award winning choreographer and a highly knowledgeable and exciting dance instructor in both the line dance and couples arenas. Over the past 13 years, he has choreographed many widely popular line dances, including “Have Fun, Go Mad”, “Drive Me Wild”, “Cowgirls & Switches”, “Bidness”, plus his most recent choreography “Party Till Dawn”, “L8ER”, “Two Time Trick” and “What It Is?”

Scott often teaches at UCWDC events and is also very active as a UCWDC Judge, being included in the judging panels for every Worlds’ Line Dance Competition. He also regularly teaches in all types of venues across the U.S., Canada, the U.K. and Japan.

Scott has been lucky enough to enjoy much success in his career. Along with his widely acclaimed choreography, in 1996, he was voted Dance Instructor of the Year and DJ of the Year at the Country Music Dance Seminar and Awards Show held in Nashville, TN and hosted by Country Club Enterprises. He has also been honored by the Canadians with awards that include 1st Runner Up-International Choreographer of the Year 1997, International Choreographer of the Year for Drive Me Wild 1998, and 1st Runner Up-International Instructor of the Year 1999. In England, at the Linedancer Magazine Crystal Boot Awards , Scott was nominated for Dance Personality of the Year in 2000, International Choreographer of the Year for 1999, 2000, 2001, International Instructor of the Year for 1999, 2000, 2001, and had both Latin Groove and Have Fun, Go Mad nominated for Dance of the Year in 2000. Scott received the prestigious 2002 UCWDC Star Award for Favorite Line Dance Choreographer.

Scott resides in Highland, IN, with his wife of 17 years, Deborah and their son, Blaine.
